As a trail riding cowboy I come from a canned soup culture. The problem with canned soup is that every bite taste exactly the same. I’m always caught off guard while eating Vietnamese food. The soup is hot, it’s wet, it’s in the same bowl… my expectations are that the whole thing will taste the same, it never does. To me that’s always fascinating. It’s for this reason as I travel the world, I eat Oriental every chance I get. Yoi, is one the most fascinating places that I’ve encountered.
Yoi’s soups and sandwiches are like a buffet of flavors packed strategically to hit different notes as you eat. The pictures look tasty however the experience tells a different story. When you bite into it, you realize that the taste far exceeds the looks! You gotta add Yoi to your weekly traditions.
The staff is super friendly, the food is great, the K25 atmosphere is rocking,… I hope you come and enjoy!
